How much will it cost to have my home designed? Our fees are extremely competitive. A quote will be given either on site or after a brief idea of your requirements. To begin, we’ll need a Surveyor’s Plot for the land on which you intend to build your new home. If you are renovating, the previous approved plans would be an asset but not a requirement. What is included in the whole package? After payment, your package will include six (6) of each plan (i.e Floor Plans, Elevations, Site Plan and Location Plan) which we submit to Town Planning for you.
