Refund Policy:
A refund will only be granted where a client has paid their Planning Authority Application fees along with
the payment for our services and requests that we do not proceed to submit their plans after they have
paid in full (i.e. the planning authority application fee + our design service fee). In such an instance a
refund of the planning authority fee will granted.
Payment Policy:
Payment in FULL is due for all completed work and before submission of plans to Town & Country
Planning for approval.
